Exploration Instruments LLC has always provided technical support for its equipment that is out on rental during normal business hours for CST (8am to 5pm Central Standard Time). Oftentimes, your work may not conform to these hours or you may need a little more than typical support.

This type of special support is now available by appointment only for our GPR customers. There are two options:

1. $400. all inclusive price.
Includes up to 5 hours of support over the course of a single job. This support option will typically entail you getting the equipment at least a day before your actual job and will include a phone refresher in preparation for the job. As part of this refresher, you may be asked to collect data and e-mail it to us for our review. That way we know you are refreshed! Then phone support can also be included as you go on site to do the job, ensuring that you collect 'good data' while you are there, making the most efficient use of your time on site. But, to make sure we are available, we must know when you expect your job to happen (see form below) and phone service must be available on both ends. We can also help in reviewing your data with you to make sure you are not missing something obvious. You, the customer, make any necessary phone calls to us, covering any phone charges.

2. $100. per hour support with a $25. minimum 'on call' charge.
We will commit to being available on the day of your job and/or take a look at your data to make sure you get the most from it. If you don't need us, the minimum 'on call' charge ($25.) applies. If you do need us, the charge is rounded up to the closest quarter hour. You, the customer, make any necessary phone calls to us and cover phone charges.

What this is and what this isn't...
This is contract technical support on how to use the system to collect 'good data' and to make sure you get the most from the data you have collected. It is training and support, NOT consulting services.
